Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at UPDOT. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Foster trust and rapport to ensure long-term partnerships.
Account Operations:
- Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs proactively.
Strategic Growth:
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within accounts.
- Present proposals and negotiate contracts for additional services or products.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track account performance against KPIs such as engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Address concerns or risks promptly to maintain a high-quality experience.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management, Project Coordination, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and brand management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in account management or related field
