Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, managing client relationships and expectations.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and provide tailored software solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure they are receiving value from our products.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on account progress and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or customer service roles in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and technology solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a client-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management software.
