Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at UPDOT in Bengaluru. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing digital marketing strategies, coordinating projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful digital solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.Foster trust and rapport to ensure long-term partnerships.Account Operations:Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with client objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs proactively.Strategic Growth:Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within accounts.Present proposals and negotiate contracts for additional services or products.Performance Monitoring:Track account performance against KPIs such as engagement, retention, and satisfaction.Address concerns or risks promptly to maintain a high-quality experience.

Package:

The package for this role ranges from 3.6 LPA to 4.5 LPA.
