Zephyr–Bluetooth Application Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Zephyr–Bluetooth Application Engineer to lead embedded wireless feature development for next-generation connected devices. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of firmware, Bluetooth stack integration, RF optimization, and advanced Zephyr RTOS customization. You will collaborate closely with hardware, software, RF, and product teams to deliver high-performance, reliable wireless systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize firmware on Zephyr RTOS for MCU-based systemsIntegrate Bluetooth Classic & BLE stacks, profiles, and servicesCustomize Zephyr kernel, drivers & device treeLead debugging, RF validation, and interoperability testingOptimize memory, throughput, power & wireless reliabilitySupport BSP, hardware bring-up, bootloader & OTACollaborate with hardware, RF & QA teams for high-reliability deliveryRequirements2–5 years in embedded firmware developmentStrong C programming, RTOS fundamentals & interruptsHands-on with Zephyr (CMake/KConfig), kernel & driver stackAdvanced Bluetooth/BLE, GATT/GAP, pairing & securityExperience with ARM Cortex-M, UART/SPI/I2C & debugging toolsGood understanding of power optimization & RF tuningStrong problem-solving & team collaboration skillsGood to HaveExperience with Nordic nRF / NCS / STM32Secure boot, MCUboot, encrypted OTAMatter/Thread/IPv6, automation scripts (Python/Shell)RF certification exposure (BLE SIG, FCC/CE)
