Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) applications using Nordic nRF52, nRF53, and nRF54 with Zephyr RTOS
  • Implement GAP & GATT services for peripheral/central roles
  • Develop firmware using NRF Connect SDK with wireless protocol stacks
  • Integrate sensors & communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C)
  • Implement secure DFU/FOTA over BLE using MCUboot/MCUmgr
  • Optimize for low-power & real-time performance
  • Debug Bluetooth issues using Nordic tools & analyzers
  • Collaborate with hardware teams for RF optimization
  • Maintain documentation of architecture, APIs & testing

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong in C/C++ with Zephyr RTOS
  • Hands-on with nRF Connect SDK, Nordic Dev Tools
  • Deep knowledge of BLE protocols, GATT services, descriptors
  • Experience with Zephyr threading model, Devicetree, Kconfig
  • Proficiency with VS Code, debuggers, oscilloscopes, analyzers
  • Familiar with UART, SPI, I2C, Mesh, Thread, Zigbee
  • Power profiling & low-power design for battery devices
  • Good understanding of wireless systems & RF fundamentals
  • 2+ years embedded firmware experience (wireless focus)
  • Degree in Electronics/Computer/Electrical Engineering

  • Mobile app integration (Android/iOS)
  • Security & cryptography in embedded systems
  • IoT cloud connectivity, DevOps & CI/CD exposure

Platforms & Tools:

  • Hardware: nRF52840, nRF5340, nRF54L/H kits + custom boards
  • Software: nRF Connect SDK, Zephyr RTOS, nRF Connect (VS Code/Desktop)
  • Testing: Protocol analyzers, Power profilers, Oscilloscopes

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics And Communication Engineering, Instrumentation, Electronics And Instrumentation Engineering
