We are looking for a highly skilled
Zephyr–Bluetooth Application Engineer
to lead embedded wireless feature development for next-generation connected devices. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of firmware, Bluetooth stack integration, RF optimization, and advanced Zephyr RTOS customization. You will collaborate closely with hardware, software, RF, and product teams to deliver high-performance, reliable wireless systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize firmware on
    Zephyr RTOS
    for MCU-based systems
  • Integrate
    Bluetooth Classic & BLE
    stacks, profiles, and services
  • Customize Zephyr kernel, drivers & device tree
  • Lead debugging, RF validation, and interoperability testing
  • Optimize memory, throughput, power & wireless reliability
  • Support BSP, hardware bring-up, bootloader & OTA
  • Collaborate with hardware, RF & QA teams for high-reliability delivery

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in embedded firmware development
  • Strong
    C programming
    , RTOS fundamentals & interrupts
  • Hands-on with Zephyr (CMake/KConfig), kernel & driver stack
  • Advanced Bluetooth/BLE, GATT/GAP, pairing & security
  • Experience with ARM Cortex-M, UART/SPI/I2C & debugging tools
  • Good understanding of power optimization & RF tuning
  • Strong problem-solving & team collaboration skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with
    Nordic nRF / NCS / STM32
  • Secure boot, MCUboot, encrypted OTA
  • Matter/Thread/IPv6, automation scripts (Python/Shell)
  • RF certification exposure (BLE SIG, FCC/CE)
