At the forefront of wireless innovation, we are seeking a skilled Bluetooth Application Expert to spearhead embedded wireless feature development for cutting-edge connected devices.Main ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of firmware development on Zephyr RTOS for MCU-based systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Develop and optimize Bluetooth Classic & BLE stacks, profiles, and services, driving high-reliability delivery.Customize Zephyr kernel, drivers, and device tree to meet specific project requirements.Lead debugging, RF validation, and interoperability testing to ensure flawless system operation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-reliability delivery and solve complex problems.Main Requirements3-6 years of experience in embedded firmware development, with a strong background in C programming and RTOS fundamentals.Hands-on experience with Zephyr (CMake/KConfig), kernel, and driver stack, as well as advanced Bluetooth/BLE knowledge.Experience with ARM Cortex-M, UART/SPI/I2C, and debugging tools, with a good understanding of power optimization and RF tuning.Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.Desirable SkillsExperience with Nordic nRF / NCS / STM32, Secure boot, MCUboot, encrypted OTA, and Matter/Thread/IPv6.Familiarity with automation scripts (Python/Shell) and RF certification exposure (BLE SIG, FCC/CE).
