Role Description:

This is a contract, remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Shidosha, with the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity. This is a founding SDR role.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demos, showcasing Shidosha’s value to potential mentors, partners, and users.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and founders to refine the go-to-market strategy and sales approach.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Represent Shidosha’s vision in public forums, webinars, and virtual events to drive engagement and sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and messaging based on customer interactions.



Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role, with a proven track record in technology startups, B2C, or SaaS environments.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently communicate complex ideas in an engaging manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with C-suite executives, mentors, and high-value professionals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
  • A passion for mentorship, personal development, and making a positive impact through technology.
