Sales Development Representative

Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and
qualifying potential customers through various lead generation techniques. You will engage
with prospects via cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling to set appointments for our
sales team. Your goal will be to create a strong pipeline of opportunities that drive revenue
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels,
including LinkedIn, industry databases, and company websites.
● Prospecting: Actively reach out to potential customers via cold calls, cold emails,
and social media to introduce our solutions and gauge interest.
● Pipeline Building: Qualify leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients by
scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team.
● Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and
increase the likelihood of conversion.
● CRM Management: Accurately log and track all interactions with prospects in our
CRM system, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies,
share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
● Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and
market developments to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent
practical experience.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales development or lead generation role,
preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
● Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.
● Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects through cold outreach.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
