Job Overview :

Efficiently is looking for an experienced, energetic, and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in supporting our sales pipeline. This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 70+ calls per day and meeting sales quota, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Identify customer needs and requirements and articulate solution benefits.
  • Work in B2B customer segments only.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure.
  • Work with the sales team to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Track record building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate products and represent the company in meetings and conferences, in-person and online.
  • Track all activity in Salesforce (CRM).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Sales experience with a minimum of 2+ years of international experience. (Preferably with US B2B Sales experience but not with Middle East sales experience.)
  • Outbound Sales - US Region experience.
  • Having IT(Tech) sales experience would be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing 70+ calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM.
