About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Hyderabad or Noida. This role is integral to driving the growth of our US IT Staffing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven relationships with Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, or direct clients, and the ability to be immediately productive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clients in the US IT Staffing industry.
  • Onboard new clients and deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.


Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients to expand the business portfolio.
  • Leverage your network and market knowledge to open doors and drive business opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements and provide strategic staffing solutions in a timely manner.


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
  • Be confident and proactive in reaching out to clients through calls and other communication channels.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the US IT Staffing industry as a Business Development role.
  • Strong client relationships with the ability to acquire and manage Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a confident, proactive approach to making client calls.
  • Smart, analytical, and strategic thinker with the ability to understand client needs.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (aligned with US business hours).
