Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote brand products and services

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategy.

• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content, to engage customers and drive online sales.

• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including advertising collateral, packaging designs, and promotional displays, ensuring brand integrity and consistency.

• Plan and execute special events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and generate buzz around brand offerings.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales data, website traffic, and social media engagement, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future strategies.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans.
