About the Position --General Manager-Marketing (Gurugram)


We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, working as a Digital Marketing expert at a Senior Level. Individuals who are working in a full-time role and have a sucessful track record in digital marketing with a minimum experience of 15-20 years are invited to share their details.


Responsibilities & Experience



  • Design & implement a PAN India Outdoor strategy for Print , Hoardings , Radio & TV
  • Excellent in performance marketing with high volume of lead generation done by inhouse team, Must have handled minimum 10-12 cr annual budget
  • Excellent understanding of aesthetics & creatives in releasing Print ads
  • Good exposure of releasing Radio / TV Ads
  • Must have good exposure in developing and updating of all promotional material, including sales aids, brochures, posters , signages etc.
  • To work in close association with sales team, responsible for entire Outdoor marketing activity.
  • Vendor Negotiations
  • Ensuring good quality of all branding material as per specifications.
  • Monitor competition activity and design appropriate strategy
  • Must have good analytical skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS excel and other MS office tools
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving the scale and effectiveness of marketing efforts



Qualifications


  • MBA – Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communication from a reputed Institute & and working in a reputed organization. Exceptional presentation and communication skills and a pleasing personality with working knowledge on MS Office
