Job Description


Pre-sales team works closely with the sales team in presenting our capabilities to prospective customers globally. We work with some of the largest and most diverse customers panning across industry verticals like Retail, CGP, Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing and so on. This is an India based team that works with sales teams and prospects across the world.


Role Overview


Do you excel in technology consulting and creating collateral for pitching to fortune 1000 clients? Do you enjoy working in a global setup where you get to interact with commercial team in different regions and work with them to strategize customer pitch? As a pre-sales consultant, you will work closely with a very experienced commercial team across geographies while pitching and consulting our solutions to large enterprise prospects.


Key Accountabilities


  • Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the prospects in a compelling manner
  • Work on proposals and solutioning for large and complex deals, including providing inputs for RFP response document
  • Direct customer interaction along with commercial/sales team
  • Build strong collaborative relationship with cross-functional delivery teams across Sigmoid
  • Client meetings/calls for enterprise accounts during important business discussions pertaining to large and complex deals


Required Skills & Experience


  • Prior experience in a technology company in a consulting / pre-sales / customer facing role
  • Need to have excellent written, communication and presentation skills to be able to talk to enterprise clients
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • Ability to multi-task to work on multiple simultaneous customer engagements
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Prior experience in a product company is preferred
  • Experience in writing long for content
  • Prior experience in CPG and BFS preferred
