Job Role

  • :Manages a set of 10 Account manager
  • sOperates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mappe
  • dDevelops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competitio
  • nAcquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employee
  • sExpected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solution
  • sEnsuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced
  • .Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell product
  • sAdhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process’ as laid down from time to tim
  • eEnsuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank
