Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy in alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.
2.Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate program.
Nurture and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support and communication to drive performance.
3.Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to optimize affiliate campaigns and increase revenue.
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize affiliate program success.
5.Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the affiliate program.
6.Monitor compliance of affiliates with program guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
Requirements :
1.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding affiliate marketing targets and KPIs.
2.In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing best practices, industry trends, and key performance indicators.
3.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders.
4.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
5.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and ROI.
6.Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and affiliate networks.
