Job Description:

As the Manager - Digital Ad Sales (Brand & Agency Partnerships), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through advertising, performance marketing, and other brand-related monetization channels in the respective region. Candidates coming from an Ad Sales work experience with Digital Ad Tech companies, networks, or similar organizations but with in-depth knowledge and experience of performance ad sales (in app or web) will be an added advantage.

The primary objective of this role is to drive online media sales with the goal of increasing revenue and establishing brand position among online advertisers


Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with key accounts/poc’s both in A) digital agencies and B) Direct clients to ensure following:

  • Pitching and selling the advertising solutions - Advertising Solutions including but not limited to: Display/Branding, IP, Content, Esports and more
  • Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue monthly
  • Working closely with Operations and Brand solutions team
  • Drive revenues with the key agencies and clients
  • Ensure proper coordination for timely deliveries
  • Identifying the market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Analyze and produce reports for management
  • Connect with existing and potential clients to build and maintain positive relationships


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience. An MBA is considered a plus
  • Minimum of 2-4 year experience in Digital Ad sales with any advertising company/ad network/publisher/ad-tech company with a track record of successfully managing client relations, negotiating and closing deals
  • Must have a strong relationship with agencies and clients
  • Skill set must include fluency in solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc
  • Fluency with online advertising sales, pricing, inventory control, brand-building initiatives, promotion, and planning
  • Have the ability and willingness to prospect, cold call, negotiate, and close deals
  • Have a sound understanding of current online advertising trends and various advertising metrics
