Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect in CRM domain in retail banking or Technical Program Manager in CRM Retail banking specializing in CRM systems for Retail Banking to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and management of CRM and contact center solutions for our banking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document requirements as a CRM SME.
  2. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of CRM implementation, from requirement gathering to vendor evaluation.
  3. Create and manage RFP documentation, including scoring and feedback.
  4. Coordinate vendor demos and assess technical proposals.
  5. Drive CRM optimization and integration to improve customer engagement and sales efficiency.
  6. Present business cases, strategies, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Support and train users to ensure smooth CRM adoption across the organization.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

✔️ 6+ years of experience in technical business management or business analysis, focusing on CRM projects.

✔️ Working knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot or Custom CRM platform prevalent with your Retail banking client.

✔️ Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between IT teams and business stakeholders.

✔️ Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and software development processes.

✔️ Basic knowledge in one major programming language (e.g.,Dotnet, SQL, Java, Python) or related technology understanding.

✔️ Proven track record in CRM implementations, upgrades, and system optimization in Retail banking.

Preferred Skills:

✨ Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms.

✨ Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.

✨ Understanding of customer engagement strategies and CRM automation.

✨ Project management experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
