We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in Gurgaon as Business Analysts, who will play a key role in driving the success of banking projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and support project development related to banking solutions, especially customer onboarding.
- Work closely with technical teams on API integrations, ensuring seamless integration with banking platforms and third-party services.
- Prepare, review, and manage product documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
- Analyze and map process flows to ensure effective business operations and efficient product development.
- Provide clear and actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for process improvements and technical implementations.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation phases, ensuring the product aligns with business objectives.
- Liaise between business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong background in Customer Onboarding projects.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and system workflows.
- Proficient in developing and reviewing BRD, FSD, PRD, and other product-related documents.
- Excellent understanding of process flows and business process re-engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work culture.
