Headquartered in Delhi, India, we are proud to be a trusted partner in innovative technology solutions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Tender & Bid Manager to lead our bidding activities across GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, PSU portals, and all government tender platforms. The ideal candidate will manage the full tender lifecycle, strengthen relationships with government clients, and support the company’s growth in the government procurement sector.🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete tender lifecycle: search, evaluation, documentation & submissionAnalyze tender documents for eligibility, risks, scope & competition to decide participationHandle GeM bidding, catalogue updates, offer creation & compliancePrepare technical proposals, BOQs, price bids & supporting documentsCoordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputsTrack tenders, deadlines, bid progress & ensure timely submissionMaintain and grow business from existing government clientsBuild strong relationships with government departments & procurement officersMaintain MIS, tender trackers, bid reports & compliance documentation💼 Qualifications3–7 years of experience in government tendering & biddingStrong knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals & government procurement rulesExcellent understanding of tender technicalities, documentation & pricingAbility to manage multiple bids under strict timelinesExperience in IT / AIDC / hardware is an added advantageStrong communication, analytical & coordination skills✨ What We OfferCompetitive salary & incentivesOpportunity to grow within a fast-expanding organizationA collaborative, performance-driven environmentExposure to large government & PSU projects📩 How to ApplySend your resume to harsh@urvashicomputers.com or apply through LinkedIn.Know someone suitable?
