Deputy Sales and Marketing Head (Individual Contributor)


Position Overview:

The Deputy Sales and Marketing Head in an individual contributor role is a key member of the Sales and Marketing team within the advertising agency (Preference will be given). This position is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, strategy marketing initiatives, and client relationship management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and promoting the agency’s services to prospective clients.



Qualification & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience in sales or business development roles within the advertising, marketing, (preference will be given) or media industry or any other company holding similar responsibilities.

· Strong sales acumen and negotiations skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making at all levels.

· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


C.T.C – 8 to 10 Lacs P.A + Incentive income scope 5 lacs & more per month


Note:

Company will provide a chauffeur driven AC Car for the full day for visits and working. All expenditure for this facility will be borne by the Company.
