As a Deputy Manager in our Internal Audit Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -


Key Job Responsibilities


  1. Leading / executing large advisory and Project Management Office ( PMO) engagements in any of the following sectors- construction, real estate, infrastructure ( roads/highways, water supply, buildings, transmission lines etc), Industrial Construction (Metals and Mining, Chemicals, Tire, Pharma etc. ) and energy/renewables domain
  2. Ability to Set up, run and operate large scale PMO engagements and ensure deliverables required at various stages of the engagements including value addition in time, cost, quality, and scope.
  3. Ability to perform end-to-end business process analysis and design.
  4. Ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze data using appropriate tools and technologies.
  5. Ability to understand the client’s business, interpret sector trends, and learn leading practices,
  6. Ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients.
  7. Ability to conduct internal audits by leveraging approved processes and methodologies.
  8. Ability to lead engagements and ensure stakeholder management to a great extent on independent basis, with minimal involvement of Manager/ Director/ Partner.
  9. Ability to manage substantially large scale engagements (1-2) and lead a team of 2-10 people.



Desired Qualifications


  1. Ideal candidate will be a Civil/ Mechanical Engineer and/ or Post Graduate in Construction Management (NICMAR, CEPT, and similar institutes) with a strong understanding Project Management / Project Reviews/ Project Audit methodology nuances.
  2. Must have 5– 8 years’ experience post qualification experience in advisory and PMO engagements preferably working in construction, real estate, infrastructure ( roads/highways, water supply, buildings, transmission lines etc.), Industrial Construction (Metals and Mining, Chemicals, Tire, Pharma etc. ) and energy/renewables domain.
  3. Additionally, ideal candidate should be able to do the following:
  4. Decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions.
  5. Lead engagement planning. economics, and billing
  6. Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo.Participate in proposal development efforts. Assist in pre-sales activities.
  7. Managed end-to-end engagements for support on advisory and PMO
  8. Experience in preparation of Business Development presentations, proposals
  9. Must be open to long time travel.
