Role overview:
A Junior PMO will assist in coordinating and supporting various project management activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support project managers in organizing meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
- Compile and distribute project status reports, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and risk registers.
- Help monitor project expenses and track budget variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project data and update project information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function.
