Key Responsibilities:


1. Design, implement, and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules.

2. Configure compensation planning, merit increases, and bonus processes.

3. Integrate Compensation with other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance Management).

4. Conduct fit-gap analysis, data migration, and testing.

5. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements.

6. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.

7. Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.


Requirements:


1. 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation.

2. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules (Compensation Planning, Merit Increase, Bonus).

3. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, integration, and data migration.

4. Understanding of compensation processes and workflows.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Nice to Have:


1. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

2. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or other HR systems.

3. Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Dell Boomi.

4. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
