Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet our organization's HR and talent management needs. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions to optimize HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement, configure, and customize SAP SuccessFactors ECP modules to meet business requirements, including Payroll Processing，Global and Local Compliance，Time and Attendance Integration，Earnings and Deductions，Employee Self-Service，Reporting and Analytics，Security and Compliance，Integration Capabilities，Automation and Workflow；
2. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business processes, identify pain points, and recommend SAP SuccessFactors solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
3. Conduct requirements gathering workshops, document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
4. Configure SAP SuccessFactors ECP modules according to best practices and industry standards, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
5. Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution functionality and performance.
6. Provide end-user training and support during system implementation and post-go-live support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and optimizing system usage.
7. Assist with data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to ensure accurate and timely migration of HR data into SAP SuccessFactors.
8. Collaborate with technical teams and system integrators to ensure successful integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems and third-party applications.
9. Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates, releases, and best practices, continuously expanding knowledge and skills through self-study, training, and professional development opportunities.
10. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities, providing input and recommendations based on expertise and experience.
11. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures, maintaining accurate records for knowledge sharing, training, and future reference.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong technical proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors ECP modules, including Payroll Processing，Global and Local Compliance，Time and Attendance Integration，Earnings and Deductions，Employee Self-Service，Reporting and Analytics，Security and Compliance，Integration Capabilities，Automation and Workflow；
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP implementation methodologies, tools, and accelerators.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are preferred but not required.
