The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for supporting PULSE implementations as well as ongoing platform support and development. The Engineer will be involved with the onboarding of new and existing clients and any future changes for PULSE Managed Service products and services such as feature updates, software updates, security patches, etc.


What you will be doing?

  • Assist in the implementation of PULSE and related managed service offerings.
  • Evaluate SoW and configure platforms in accordance with the agreed upon scope.
  • Define and execute on delivery and implementation plans in conjunction with the assigned PULSE project manager.
  • Test and troubleshoot final platform configurations.
  • Provide internal and external training and end-user support as required during and after the implementation process.
  • Ensure proper change management review and approval for any PULSE related changes across services during the implementation requested by the client.
  • Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for the project.
  • Recognize areas for continuous improvement and work with development teams.
  • Be the implementation contact for customer engagements including kick-off calls until the solutions are deployed, sign-off, and handed over to the NOC.
  • Provide timely, accurate, professional, and responsive support, to internal teams and clients to resolve issues and take proactive steps to prevent the conflict/problem from reoccurring



Education/Certifications:

Certifications related to network-connected AV devices such as audio DSPs, switchers and AV over IP video equipment is preferred

Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  1. A thorough understanding of AV system components, integrations, infrastructure, control systems, and related technologies
  2. Ability to troubleshoot device connection issues from monitoring services
  3. Knowledge of IT-related technologies, networking, & IT security
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  6. Ability to make decisions and solve problems while under tight deadlines
