Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, with the flexibility of remote work. As the Learning Support Manager, you will oversee our learner support program. You will spearhead the development and implementation of support strategies that ensure learners progress through their training experience seamlessly. You will collate and analyze learner feedback to inform product development and improvements. Additionally, you will develop and manage the curriculum for learning support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver regular coaching sessions and workshops.


Qualifications

  • Experience managing corporate learners (we are a B2B2C business) and stakeholders in large enterprises
  • 3+ years of experience in academic operations, and/or program management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and accurately
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with peers and senior management
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
  • Experience developing and managing learner support programs, including self-service resources, help centers, communities, or other channels
  • Ability to analyze data and gather insights to continuously improve the quality of the program
