Job Responsibilities
1. Have ability to single handedly define, design, deliver, drive, deploy, document e-learning sessions and classroom workshops – 6Ds of Learning
2. Design & deliver impactful and engaging in-person workshops after
3. Measure training ROI
4. Design flyers for the team
5. Calendar training sessions for self and team
6. Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
7. Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
8. State training goals and create content that matches them
9. Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
10. Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
11. Apply tested design theories, practice and methods
12. Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
13. Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, cases, quizzes games etc)
14. Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
15. Handle back-end integrations, automation of triggers, upload/download content on LMS
16. Maintain project documentation and course folders
Requirement and Skills
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the similar role. The ones having relevant experience should apply
1. Effective communication skills
2. Ability to connect with others and deliver impactful trainings
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
4. Analytical skills – be able to make/read/process/Analyse data and reports
5. Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
6. Good knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
7. Aesthetic sense in designing PowerPoint presentations – use of format, pictures, slide
8. Lesson and curriculum planning skills
9. Extremely well versed with technology to manage LMS/HRIS
10. Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
11. Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
12. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
Pre-requirement: • Candidates would need to showcase sample learning programs (at least 2) designed by them, along with their CVs
