Job Description:


As an Assistant Product Manager you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our organization, supporting various financial management projects and initiatives. You will work closely with the Product Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth functioning of our projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Product Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day operations related to financial management projects.
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and address any issues that may arise.
  • Perform research and analysis to gather data and insights that can inform decision-making.
  • Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain a proactive and adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of our projects.


Qualifications:


  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline) are preferred. We welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of digital financial management. Experience of 1+ years is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of financial management principles is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the public sector.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
