We are currently seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team and lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients.



Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for driving the technical design and solutioning of ServiceNow implementations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and IT teams, to ensure that the solutions meet both functional and technical requirements. You will leverage your deep expertise in ServiceNow to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions that support business operations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and others.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define solution scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Provide architectural leadership for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring best practices, scalability, and security.
  • Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with customers to define system architecture and integrations.
  • Develop high-level solution designs, including the integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools and platforms.
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of the ServiceNow platform based on client needs.
  • Support the project management team in estimating timelines, resource allocation, and delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide expert-level guidance to development teams, offering mentorship and direction on complex technical issues.
  • Ensure successful knowledge transfer to clients post-deployment, and provide ongoing support for system optimizations and improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow updates and trends to continuously improve the solutions offered.



Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT service management (ITSM) and at least 4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform features and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and more.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs), and integration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow's update sets, application development, and release management processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow’s integration tools, including MID Servers, Web Services, and IntegrationHub.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and how to apply them in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with ServiceNow’s security model and best practices for security.



Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or other relevant modules are highly preferred.


Leadership & Communication:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and manage client relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring development teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Desirable:

  • Experience in other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
