About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Solution Architecture: Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM based on business requirements and technical constraints.
- Implementation & Customization: Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
- Integration: Develop and execute integration strategies to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business goals.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas to streamline and optimize processes within ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM frameworks.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all ServiceNow solutions comply with internal policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, including developers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Oversee and guide the testing process, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the deployment process.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on the architecture, design decisions, configurations, and integrations to ensure clear communication and efficient troubleshooting.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Architectural Design: Proven ability to design scalable, efficient, and robust ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.), configuration, and integrations.
- Implementation Experience: Experience leading and managing end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow modules.
- Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of ITIL best practices, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM preferred.
