We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), and ITAM (IT Asset Management). As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, leading technical initiatives, and ensuring the successful deployment of IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Asset Management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM based on business requirements and technical constraints.
  • Implementation & Customization: Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
  • Integration: Develop and execute integration strategies to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business goals.
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas to streamline and optimize processes within ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM frameworks.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all ServiceNow solutions comply with internal policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, including developers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Oversee and guide the testing process, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the deployment process.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on the architecture, design decisions, configurations, and integrations to ensure clear communication and efficient troubleshooting.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Expertise: Strong experience with ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
  • Architectural Design: Proven ability to design scalable, efficient, and robust ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.), configuration, and integrations.
  • Implementation Experience: Experience leading and managing end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow modules.
  • Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of ITIL best practices, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM frameworks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM preferred.
