Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications
  • Assist in organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
  • Collaborate with the HR team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background verifications
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, particularly in recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to confidentiality


Duration: This is a 3-month internship program with conversion to a full-time employee.
