As an HR Intern, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent. You'll also provide day-to-day administrative support to the human resource team, including recruitment and selection, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sourcing activities to open positions
  • Involve in recruitment & selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc)
  • Reviews employment applications
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Address employee queries about benefits

Requirements:

  • MBA degree in Human Resources or similar relevant field
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Deadline driven; Efficiency and organizational ability
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
  • General computer proficiency
