Integrate AI candidate scoring, structured interviews, and bar-raiser mechanisms.Onboarding Engine Design 7-day onboarding experiences that auto-connect each hire to tools, mentors, and learning paths. Deploy in Rippling or BambooHR.Aonxi Academy (LMS) Launch a living microlearning ecosystem with 60-day certification paths for Sales, Delivery, AI Tools, and Leadership. Build with 360Learning / Leapsome / Notion + Loom.Performance & OKR Hub Implement an OKR + feedback system (Lattice / WorkBoard) tied to company goals, real-time dashboards, and AI-summarized 1-on-1s.Career Growth GPS Create a visual growth ladder (“Aonxi Levels 1–10”) mapped to skills, impact, and mentorship. Integrate ChartHop / Notion AI.Culture Pulse & People Analytics Build a pulse-survey engine and AI sentiment analyzer that detects morale shifts before they happen. Use Officevibe / CultureAmp + GPT-5.Compensation & Equity Layer Architect a transparent global payroll + equity credit system using Deel, Rippling, and Carta integrations.Automation Backbone Automate data flow across systems using Make/Zapier + GPT-5 Orchestration. Every HR task should trigger intelligence, not paperwork.What Success Looks LikeWithin your first 180 days:1. A fully functioning GrowthOS stack is live and integrated (ATS → LMS → OKRs → Equity).2. Every employee has a visible growth path and AI-driven feedback loop.3. Founders can measure team energy, learning velocity, and ROI of talent investments in real time.4. Aonxi becomes a case study for how AI can run HR with empathy, precision, and scale.Your Superpowers• You’ve implemented or managed Lattice / Leapsome / Rippling / Greenhouse / CultureAmp / WorkBoard / 360Learning (at least 3+ of these).• You understand OKRs, growth frameworks, LMS systems, and people analytics deeply.• You can architect HR workflows like a product manager, not a traditional HRBP.• You think like a systems designer — you can map how data flows from interview to impact.• You are passionate about humans + AI learning together.• You believe culture is coded, not just spoken.Your Background Might Include• 5–10 years in People Ops, HR Tech, or Organizational Design.• Hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS (Rippling / BambooHR / Gusto).• Proven track record of implementing performance management or OKR systems.• Experience managing cross-functional projects between HR, IT, and Operations.• Bonus: You’ve worked in startups scaling from 0 → 500+ employees.Why This Role MattersAonxi is redefining what a company can be — where every human and AI agent grows through feedback, simulation, and purpose.You will build the blueprint for how modern organizations grow in the next century.This system you create will outlive job titles.
