Role Objective

• This role will be one point contact for the content creation around emerging categories/content Format like web series, web shows, music album, health fitness, DIY, emerging categories etc

• Responsible for planning and executing the projects within stipulated time limits and within budget . S/he will represent our creative arm

• Negotiate potential content owner /studio to get content on Revenue share from the emerging category

Job Responsibilities

Mention the functions that the candidate will be expected to perform in the role

· To develop ideas and concepts for new properties for platform like Youtube across new evolving categories and/or content format

· To overlook all aspects of the project from budget to story and screen play screening to pre-production to make sure quality, timelines and budgets are maintained

· To work closely with Artist /Talent management companies to loop in right kind of artist depending on the subject

· To work with the producer, director and talent to make sure that the creative vision is mutual and achieved

· To supervise the post-production and make sure timelines and quality are met.

· End to end ownership of content creation and timely delivery

· Communication skill for coordinating the work of various people to finish a project within budget & within stipulated time

· Negotiate with potential content owner/production house/studio to get content on Revenue share from emerging categories

· To maintain content hygiene as per Shemaroo SOP and as per platform SOP like Youtube

Measures of Success (KRA's) Broadly define the job profile for the employee to enable them to have better clarity of their role. KRAs should be well-defined, quantifiable, and easy to measure.

No. of projects successfully launched in stipulated time limits

views and revenue from the new initiatives ( shows /properties )

Agreement negotiation & ToT closure

Adaptable to understand newer digital technologies
