The Role:

The Customer Technical Support will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues related to our products and services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure customer satisfaction.


Experience preferred - 1 year - 3 year

Location - Lucknow (on-site)

Timings - 10am- 7pm

Working- 5 days (Sat & Sun are fixed off)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat for technical issues and inquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical problems related to software, hardware, and connectivity.
  • Document interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams or management as needed, ensuring smooth follow-up.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve products and services.
  • Assist in creating and updating support documentation and training materials for customers and team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress development trends and best practices of plugin development.
