HIRING FOR AN OPERATIONS MANAGER FROM THE REAL ESTATE OR HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY
We are seeking for a diligent candidate who can manage a smooth flow of reporting system across all departments and who has the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Who will be responsible for the Office day-to-day operations for the business, operating out of the Panjim office.
LOCATION: Panjim, North Goa
SALARY: Upto 12 LPA
EXPERIENCE: 10 years with minimum 5 years of managerial experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Need to have experience in operations for 10 years with minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge/ Experience in HR managerial roles would be a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Oversight
Head Office: Manage and coordinate functions within the office that include Sales & Marketing, HR, Accounts, Legal and IT. Ensure efficient communication between the functions and teams.
Real Estate: Oversee property development, engaging with the site and construction teams. Oversee sales and marketing and allied functions of Legal. Ensure compliance with local regulations.
Restaurants: Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and customer experience. Manage staffing, supply chain, inventory, and financial performance.
