wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting6.    Configure and maintain all wage types and determine taxation rules, FI mapping, infotype association and permissibility rules7.    Experince in Statutory Deductions such as TCC -Tax Clerance Certificate, Contributary Pension Scheme (CPS), National Housing Fund (NHF), Employees Compensation Fund (ECF)8.    Payroll Integrations9.    Experience in configuring UI mashups, SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead;1.    Minimum 2 – 4 End-End-To Implementations in EC2.    Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management3.    Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows4.    Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes5.    Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits6.    Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand and document current HR processes and future requirements for the Employee Central module. 7.    Managing the integration of Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems8.    Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development9.    Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets10. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management11. Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.12. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking;1.    Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of EC Time Tracking (preferred global rollouts).2.    Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking solution.3.    Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications4.    Configure EC Time functionalities, including: Time Profiles & Time Recording Profiles, Time Valuation & Rules, Overtime Calculations, Working Time Accounts (WTA), Absence Management (integration with Time Off) 5.    Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management6.    Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows7.    Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes8.    Stay updated on SuccessFactors Time Tracking product roadmap and recommend best practices9.    Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits10.  Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand and document current HR processes and future requirements for the Employee Central module. SuccessFactors LMS;1.    Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)2.    5 to 7years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least five End-End-To Implementations in LMS3.    Experience in Integration with BizX, HRIS Sync and Icontent and Proxy Configuration 4.    Hands on experience in LMS Reporting BIRT/PRD5.    Good experience in Connectors, Properties of Connectors, System configuration, Custom column, APMs, various tools available in LMS6.    Experience in connecting with 3rd party LMS content providers (TACO, SkillSoft) 7.    Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements 8.    Experience in Integration with CDP9.    Knowledge in Validate LMS (VLMS)10. Good experience with different types of Items, Prerequisite/substitute items, Catalogue, Curriculum, Period based Curriculum, Scheduled offering, Collection, External links, Quiz, Exam, Survey, Assignment Profiles11. Experince in Successfactors Integration Center12. Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirementsSuccessFactors Employee Central;1.    Minimum 2 - 4 End-End-To Implementations in EC2.    Hands on experience in EC with Time and Position Management3.    Hands on experience in MDF Objects, Rules, and Workflows4.    Good Knowledge in HR Business Processes and Talent Management Processes5.    Experience in Successfactors Integration with SAP for Payroll and Benefits6.    Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development7.    Understanding of Time Off rules,configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets8.    Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management9.    Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.10. Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.11. Knowledge on other modules is an added advantage12. Experince in Successfactors Integration Center13. Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirementsshare resume to hr@marsdata.in
