We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore.
This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, as well as hands-on experience in delivering ESM solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ESM solutions.
Provide support during UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
Develop and maintain documentation, including BRDs, configuration guides, and UAT sign-offs.
6–10 years of overall IT/HR systems experience with at least 4–6 years in SuccessFactors ESM or HR Service Delivery platforms .
~ Strong understanding of HR case management, service requests, and knowledge base configuration .
~ Hands-on experience in designing service workflows, SLAs, and escalation rules .
~ Familiarity with integration of ESM with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other HR applications .
~ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
