This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Ace Tech Automation in Chennai. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves understanding customer requirements, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective automation solutions.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the automation or manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with industrial automation technologies and solutions
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant skills in project management, market research, and knowledge of IIoT and Industry 4.0 solutions would be beneficial for this role.
