Role overview:

The Head of Total Rewards, People Analytics, and HR Systems will be a key member of the HR leadership team, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the strategies, programs, and systems that drive employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance the need for competitive, equitable compensation with a deep understanding of employee data and the systems that support a modern HR function. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in total rewards, people analytics, and HR technology.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and Develop Reward Philosophy

  • Collaborate with leadership to create a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and culture.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards and competitors.
  • Establish a clear and compelling employee value proposition that attracts and retains top talent.

Execute Total Rewards Programs

  • Oversee the implementation of all compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
  • Manage variable pay structures, equity programs, and other incentive plans to drive performance and engagement.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing programs based on employee feedback and business needs.

Employee Communication and Engagement

  • Develop communication strategies to ensure all employees understand and appreciate their total rewards.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and trust by delivering regular updates on reward programs and policies.
  • Solicit employee feedback and conduct surveys to gauge satisfaction and improve the total rewards offering.

Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure compliance with all local and labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal requirements affecting total rewards.
  • Partner with legal and finance teams to ensure fiscal responsibility and proper governance of rewards programs.

People Analytics

  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to track employee performance, engagement, retention, and turnover.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on analytical findings.

HR System and Technology

  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of HR systems and technologies, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and enhance the employee experience.
  • Optimize HR processes through technology, driving efficiency and data accuracy across all HR functions.
  • Ensure the HRIS and other HR technologies are effectively integrated and aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about emerging HR technology trends and innovations, making recommendations for improvements or new tools.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of total rewards, people analytics, and HR systems professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners, talent acquisition, learning and development, and other key stakeholders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business needs.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on compensation, benefits, and people analytics matters.



Skills & Expertis

  • eEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • .Experience
  • :Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR, with significant experience in total rewards, people analytics, and HR systems
  • .Proven track record of developing and implementing total rewards strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • .Strong expertise in people analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • .Experience with HR systems selection, implementation, and management
  • .Skills
