This Head - C&B will lead the consulting of compensation & benefits to clients of ANSR (CXO stakeholders) and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation topics, including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base, bonus (STI), equity plans (LTI) and other incentive compensation. The Head - C&B will lead the C&B consulting team and will develop, review, and consult on effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefits during consulting assignments for ANSR’s client portfolio. The role-holder will work in conjunction with the “People, Organization and Culture Practice” to enable best-fit solutions for clients of ANSR. Key Responsibilities • Play a key role as a member of the ANSR People, Organization & Culture Practice scale up and develop ideas for external market usage. • Lead the development of rewards consulting products relevant and tailored to emerging GCCs, particularly in the Technology sector. • Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the following areas: • Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits) • Pay ranges design & implementation • Benefits design • Budgeting / annual cycle management • Compensation structuring • Statutory impact & related updates • Oversee the team and also manage C&B project modules independently (hands-on) • Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to client / internal team • Work with established ANSR GCCs to provide Co E consulting advice, design and implement specific rewards related projects • Collate, analyze and create thought papers on the state of the market Experience and Requirements Required Experience and Skills: • 15+ years of experience in a compensation role, a mix of consulting and field C&B is preferred • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights • High level of proficiency in MS Office • Regional / global experience in C&B • Worked in a Co E Matrix environment. • Working with external clients as a consultant/ expert advisor Preferred Experience and Skills: • Proficiency in data management / visualization tools suite like Flow, Sharepoint / Tableau, Power BI would be an added advantage • University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly required • Associated experiences across HR would be a strong bonus Required Competencies • Technical Expertise: Compensation & Benefits exposure as outlined above • Written and Verbal Communication: Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others. Carefully listens to the needs of clients to implement solutions that address their specific needs • Trustworthy: Develops strong relationships with their clients, based on integrity and trust • Ethical Standards: Act in an honest and trustworthy manner in all interactions.
