Compensation Benefits Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.

2. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs.

3. Design and manage salary structures, bonus plans, and other incentive programs.

4. Develop and manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

5. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment of compensation and benefits programs with business goals.

6. Analyze and interpret data to inform compensation and benefits decisions.

7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as tax laws and labor laws.

8. Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

9. Manage the annual compensation and benefits budget.

10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as benefits providers and compensation consultants.

Requirements:

1. 12-15 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.

3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.

5. Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.

6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
