In this critical leadership role, you'll be the architect of a world-class customer success strategy that delivers exceptional experiences, boosts customer lifetime value, and fuels our growth.


This isn't your ordinary Head of Customer Success role.


We need a strategic leader who not only manages a high-performing team but also becomes a trusted advisor to our customers. You'll be the mastermind behind our customer journey, ensuring every interaction is valuable and sets our customers up for long-term success.


Here's what we're looking for:


  • Adept Strategist (5+ Years Experience): You've got at least 5 years of experience in customer success, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company. You've got a proven track record of building successful onboarding, adoption, and retention programs. You'll use your strategic vision to guide the team in exceeding customer expectations and hitting key business goals.
  • Customer Success Champion: You truly understand the customer lifecycle and the crucial role customer success plays in driving business value. You're passionate about building strong relationships, advocating for your customers, and making sure they succeed with SellersCommerce.
  • Data-Driven Leader: You use data and customer insights to make smart decisions. You're skilled at spotting at-risk customers, measuring customer health, and developing proactive strategies to ensure customer success.
