About the Role:We are looking for an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Knack RCM. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk/volume hiring, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for fresher and lateral roles within US Healthcare (RCM) operations and support departments. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume requirements (Voice/Non-Voice processes, AR, Coding, Credentialing, etc.).Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring.Screen and evaluate candidates based on role fitment, communication skills, and organizational culture.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout.Maintain and update recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards on a daily/weekly basis.Partner with stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and plan hiring drives accordingly.Handle bulk hiring initiatives, including walk-in drives, consultant coordination, and campus recruitments.Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires within defined SLAs.Maintain strong pipelines for recurring and forecasted positions.Required Skills & Competencies:3–5 years of proven experience in bulk/volume hiring (preferably in BPO/RCM/Healthcare industry).Strong hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media sourcing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills.Good understanding of recruitment metrics and data reporting. Qualification:Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration or a related field.MBA in HR preferred.
