We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team. Job Description :


Social Media Management :


• Develop and execute social media strategies

• Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies

• Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity

• Engage with customers and resolve grievances in the brand tone of voice


Implementation and Execution:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with creative and content teams

• Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet predefined KPIs

• Develop and execute social media campaigns and brand CRM

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies


Brand Management:

• Support the Marketing Manager

• Contribute to the development of marketing collateral


Influencer Marketing and Brand Advocacy:

• Identify and engage with influencers/creators

• Develop and manage partnerships with influencers, brand advocates, and collaborators

• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists

• Create and distribute press releases and other media materials

• Coordinate interviews, features, and other media opportunities


Content and Creative Partnerships:

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to create compelling content

• Explore and establish creative partnerships to enhance brand visibility

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on social media, campaign management, partnerships, and events

• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies and running SM pages

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends

• Experience in planning and executing successful marketing events & and collaborations

• Creative thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in D2C, Agency or digital-first brands

• Familiarity with e-commerce brands and ability to wear multiple hats


Good to have


• MBA in Marketing / Communications

• D2C Experience / Agency experience preferred

• Campaign Ideation & Execution Experience - Full funnel

• Social media page management & growth

• Familiar with E-commerce & digital first Business models

• Experience and understanding of content creation and marketing

• Working knowledge of marketing and tracking tools

• Great presentation skills
