Onboarding and Accounting Specialist – US Staffing

Location: Remote

Experience Level: 3 to 5 years


  • Oversee the timesheet submission process and ensure timely and accurate entry of employee hours.
  • Verify timesheets for completeness and accuracy, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee pay based on submitted timesheets.
  • Provide support and training to employees on timesheet submission procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as sending new hire paperwork, onboarding materials, and employee letters to Corp to Corp and W2 candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with general accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Proficient in drafting business emails, MS Excel, and documents as and when required.
  • Exposure to QuickBooks and Paychex is highly desirable.
