Preferred Skill Set:

  • Advanced Programming: Extensive experience in writing and optimizing C code for microcontrollers/DSPs.
  • Deep Understanding: Strong foundation in Mathematics, Physics, and Electrical Engineering principles.
  • Expertise in Power Electronics: Proficient in designing and analyzing power electronics circuits, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Project Leadership: Experience leading technical projects, with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.

Job Description:

As a Senior Embedded Power Electronics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of advanced embedded power electronics products. Your responsibilities will include:

Design and Development of Power Electronics Circuits:

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of power electronics circuits for a range of applications including EV Chargers, Inverters, and Motor Controllers.
  • Conduct simulations, perform detailed analysis, and ensure that designs meet all technical requirements and standards.

Embedded Software Development:

  • Develop and refine embedded software in C for controlling and optimizing power electronics systems.
  • Implement complex algorithms and ensure the integration of hardware and software components.

Research & Innovation:

  • Lead research initiatives aimed at improving the performance, efficiency, and reliability of power electronics products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our R&D processes.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team.
  • Manage projects from concept through to production, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost objectives are met.
