**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibility Area**:

- Transcribe handwritten or electronic documents into digital format.
- Prepare and format letters, reports and other documents as requested by school staff.
- Assist teachers and administrative staff with typing and formatting instructional materials, exams, and other educational resources.
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting errors.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Proven experience as a typist or data entry clerk, preferably in an educational or administrative setting.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, powerpoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
